YOUR NEW JOB

  • Administration and operation of the systems as well as carrying out error analyses
  • Implementation of configuration changes and integration of new solutions
  • Assistance in the implementation of incident, problem and change management processes
  • Accompaniment of uninterrupted support by manufacturers and suppliers
  • Quality assurance, monitoring, reporting
  • Coordination with customers and Rz operations

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed university studies or comparable professional training
  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
  • Experience in IT operations (installation, configuration, monitoring) of server applications
  • Expertise in the areas of client / server architecture
  • Confident handling of MS-Office
  • Willingness to learn / readiness for further training
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and customer focus
  • Willingness to travel (5% national)
  • Business fluent in English, good command of written and spoken French and Dutch
