YOUR NEW JOB

  • You will take the responsibility for the service delivery and quality assurance of our ongoing ICT outsourcing contracts
  • You check and report on compliance with the defined service level agreements
  • In addition, you contribute to the systematic improvement of our service management processes
  • You will work closely with other internal departments and communicate the respective project steps in a professional and structured manner

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE

  • Ideally, you have already had some contact with the field of service management and have a technical/business degree or a comparable qualification
  • Optionally, you can also convince us with your competence in the management or migration of complex IT landscapes
  • High affinity for modern, centralised IT concepts or cloud and virtualisation solutions
  • (Basic) knowledge of the ITIL framework and IT project management methods
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
  • Good written and spoken English and German
