YOUR NEW JOB
- You will take the responsibility for the service delivery and quality assurance of our ongoing ICT outsourcing contracts
- You check and report on compliance with the defined service level agreements
- In addition, you contribute to the systematic improvement of our service management processes
- You will work closely with other internal departments and communicate the respective project steps in a professional and structured manner
THIS IS YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally, you have already had some contact with the field of service management and have a technical/business degree or a comparable qualification
- Optionally, you can also convince us with your competence in the management or migration of complex IT landscapes
- High affinity for modern, centralised IT concepts or cloud and virtualisation solutions
- (Basic) knowledge of the ITIL framework and IT project management methods
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Very good communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
- Good written and spoken English and German
