YOUR NEW JOB

  • Together with your team, you will provide operational support for incidents and service requests from our customers in the public sector
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting (remote) at 1st and 2nd level for Windows 10 devices as part of endpoint management (50,000 devices)
  • Support in the development of workarounds and continuous maintenance of the ITSM knowledge base
  • Independent implementation of standard changes in Azure AD and MS Intune (in coordination with the administration team)
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures such as ticket reviews, application tests and creation of service reports

 

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong customer focus, even in challenging situations
  • Confident use of IT service management (ITSM) tools such as OTRS, Jira or Service Now
  • Process-oriented approach to work with a keen eye for potential improvements
  • Initial experience in endpoint management
  • Ideally, you already have ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience in working with the following is desirable:
  • MS Intune / endpoint management
  • Azure AD / identity management
  • Windows 10 client operating system
  • You have very good written and spoken German skills
