- As the contact person for our customers' IT contacts, you ensure optimal technical support for all inquiries - from initial analysis to troubleshooting
- You support our customers and take over activities with your know-how in 1st & 2nd level support
- You work in a renowned ticket system according to ITIL best practices
- You ensure smooth processes in escalation management

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE
- You are service-oriented, enthusiastic about technology and enjoy interacting with people
- You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship or have comparable know-how acquired in practice
- You have extensive Windows knowledge in the areas of Win10/Win11, Exchange, Active Directory and DHCP/DNS
- You have general network knowledge in the area of routing/switching as well as analytical thinking for troubleshooting
- Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
