YOUR NEW JOB

As an Onboarding Consultant for our Security Operation Center (SOC), you will be responsible for integrating our security services into our customers' IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our customers with the goal of a smooth transition.
  • Execute onboarding plans that ensure a smooth transition to our SOC services
  • Coordinate the implementation of security technologies, monitoring mechanisms and processes in collaboration with internal teams
  • Connect log sources to SIEM and SOAR technology
  • Accompany the configuration, adaptation and optimization of the security technology used
  • You will document the entire onboarding process, create reports and handle technical communication with customers
  • Collaboration with world-class cybersecurity experts and access to cutting-edge technologies and resources

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field
  • Proven experience in the cybersecurity industry
  • In-depth understanding of security infrastructures, threat landscapes and current security technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers in the field
