YOUR NEW JOB

  • As Premium Support Center Operations Manager you are responsible for the end-to-end service delivery of basic and premium support within the Premium Support Center for CANCOM customers
  • In your role as PSC Operations Manager you ensure the performance, productivity and efficiency of the organisational processes and optimise them through the application of effective methods and strategies
  • Your focus is in particular on the following ITIL processes:
    • Incident Management,
    • Problem Management,
    • Change Management,
    • Service Request Management,
    • and other relevant ITIL processes

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree (UNI) or sound specialist knowledge through completed training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience
  • High affinity for modern, centralised IT concepts or cloud and virtualisation solutions Cloud and virtualisation solutions
  • Good knowledge of the ITIL framework, good understanding of IT processes as well as an analytical and structured way of working
  • Strong communication, moderation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a team, independently, in a structured and autonomous manner
  • Very good communication skills and a high customer and service orientation
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German in order to be able to moderate workshops/meetings in English or German (reference level B2+)
