You will work directly on exciting enterprise projects, implement ServiceNow solutions, and help shape processes for the future. If you are eager to take responsibility, set new standards, and learn hands-on, this role is the perfect fit.

Are you passionate about ServiceNow and want to apply your skills on external customer projects? Then the role of ServiceNow Developer / Consultant in our Customer-Facing Practice is ideal for you.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions for customer projects
  • Configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules
  • Participation in workshops, requirements gathering, and testing
  • Collaboration with customers, project teams, and internal mentoring resources
  • Implementation of best practices, coding standards, and documentation

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree or technical education in IT or a related field
  • Experience in implementing or developing ServiceNow solutions
  • ITIL Knowledge 
  • Knowledge in scripting, workflows, and process automation
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent English skills; German is a plus
